I first went to 3 big box stores and they had none or very few models of iPads to look at. They also had no staff to talk to for help. Staples had a full array of samples on display and well informed staff. That made my selection much better informed. ipad air 5 is awesome
It is light fast and extremely capable. May even replace my MacBook Air as my main internet device (other than my iPhone - of course).

Love it!
Love my iPad Air. Use it with the Apple pencil 2nd generation to plan and do all my home/work related things. Excellent. The chip is the same one as the one in the pro and you can tell the difference with the regular ipad.

You promised an iPad… You would think your system could track your inventory and tell the customer yes we have that product or no we do not that product. But after several days Staples said we cannot deliver what we promised and my girlfriend did not get her birthday present. She said thank you too!

iPad purchase
I am not very tech savvy and Sky of the Redmond Staples was extremely helpful in choosing the iPad and helping me to set it up. I would give Sky way more than 5 stars!

Large screen
I like that the screen is larger than my previous iPad. I can't send or receive texts from Androids though.

Love the iPad Air
This is a great device. I can do a lot with it and using it with the Logitech keyboard it is very easy. It is a great device to consume content and even create some content. Very please with it.

Best So Far
The iPad 8th Gen which I also have is probably the all-around best so far but the Air 4 surpasses it in subtle ways. If you can swing it get the Air. It embodies all the advances one might want to take advantage of including the advanced pen and keyboard with trackpad.
