Must Buy!
I bought my Cricut Mug Press less than a year ago. Love love how easy it is to use. It’s not just for mugs. I’ve sublimated glass tumblers and skinny sublimation tumblers. I’m hoping Cricut will have more sublimation drinkware in the near future. As for now, I have to buy sublimation bottles and glass tumblers/glass mugs online.

Bad experience
I was hesitant to purchase it because of reviews I had read in the past. But, I bought it because I did not think I was going to get a bad experience myself. I used it for two mugs and that's all I was able to do. Love it!
Bought it to expand my creativity and wow, it doesn't disappoint! The infusible ink that comes with it could have better choices. But the mug press itself is fantabulous!

Not environmentally friendly
I bought the mug press in Nov 2021, it started smoking in Jan 2023 so I called customer care and they quickly resolved it by sending me a replacement, without having to send the old unit back, they just disabled it remotely. Mugs For Everyone
Very easy to set up. I should have bout it sooner The materials are simple to use. Love the infusable ink. Mugs look professional.

Mug press
The mug press works well IF you can figure it out. It would be so much better if it came with better instructions on registering it ( like it must be done on a computer, not an iPad or chrome book. I had to go to outside sources to figure a lot of things out. One complaint about Cricut is their lack of instructions.

MUG PRESS DIDNT WORK
IT NEVER WORKED SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH IT CONNECTING ON CRICUTS END. THEN THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND BUT THEY FINALLY DID.

I received a brand new machine that would not work at all. No power. Cricut customer service has not been easy or fun to deal with. I had to call each time to get updates on my replacement to come. Read before purchasing
It would have been FABULOUS if before I purchased this your website would have posted in capital letters,”MUG PRESS DOES NOT WORK IF YOU HAVE TO USE AN ADAPTER TO A USB-C!” What a load of bull! Not fits all circuferences mugs. Frustating
It was a frustration for me when I noticed the machine do not fits all circumferences of mugs. It is a good machine, spensive and it could be adaptable for a large mug circumference not only for the talls one.

Don't buy the Cricut Mug Press!
My daughter and daughter in law got this for me for Mother's Day 2024. I've made maybe a dozen mugs with it. A couple of weeks ago I made a mug and then tried to do another and got an error code.
