Have had this about a month. Just love it. Ready for a refill. Kind of pricey especiallt when on fixed income. Coupons would be a great idea.

How to remove cover on refill?
I love Dawn, but short of cutting the top off the refill bottle, my wife and I have tried everything. One would think it would twist off / unscrew like a normal bottle, but we've been squeezing so hard as to explode the bottle. Either these are glued on, or there is some trick to it?

Dawn power wash gets dried blood out of clothes
My husband tripped coming into our home and broke his nose. Needless to say we spent 5 hours in the emergency room. His light gray Carhartt jacket was covered in blood and I let it dry. Updated Fresh Scent is TERRIBLE
Loved this product until recently when they updated the scent. It's awful. Always loved Dawn products but I'll be shopping for a new dish soap. The smell is that bad. I've tried the clear one but there's nothing light about the pear scent.

Miracle Spray
This spray is an absolute miracle worker. Not just for dirty dishes but for other difficult to clean messes. Most recently, I used it to clean grey grout haze off of newly laid white vinyl tile after multiple other cleaners failed to do the job and I was about to lose my mind. Plus it smells great. Amazing. Thank you Dawn!!

What changed with Dawn Powerwash Platinum Recently
This spray used to be absolutely the best. Recently they either changed their liquid or took all of the soap out. There are no suds, it is very watery. I even tried just washing my hands and it did not feel like it was cleaning them. Terrible new smell
What happened to the smell? Smells like toxic chemicals. I use on my daughter’s high chair, which I no longer feel safe doing. I will be returning it to the store.

Gimmick or not?
I first bought 10 months ago just to test it out and prove to myself it was just another gimmick. Unfortunately I can't. This is amazing and I don't understand why its just soap right? Worst cap evet !!
I just bought this refill and it is really a pain opening . Why don't they just stick to the screw cap? However I squeeze the arrow, it won't open! Had to puncture a hole in the refill and just transfer the soap to the old spray. Never gonna buy this again!

Good soap but no large refill option
I really love this soap but I wish they sold a large refill bottle (such as 32+ ounces) to pour into your bottle you already have instead of purchasing more 16 oz refill containers, lets try less waste please !

Fantastic
This product is truly amazing. If I had more stamina it would probably remove all of the super baked on grease in my air fryer. As it is, the rest of the pieces were as advertised, spray, wipe, rinse. Easy peasy. Good going.

It has been effective and does what it is supposed to do.
I had trouble with the lid, too. It is a screw top. Shocking. I tried the suggestions from others first, then called the 800#

Finally was able to get the cap off the refill
I also had a terrible time getting the darn cap off the refill but on the back side of the white cap there was an arrow pointing downward. Wasn’t super helpful until I took a fork under the arrow and lifted up and that sucker popped right off. Impossible to Lid on Replacement Bottle
The cap is impossible to remove. This has not been an issue in the past. Your responses are not helpful. We know how to do it - but 2 adults in our home cannot remove the lid on the replacement bottle.

Can’t open refill bottle
The kid on the refill bottle is impossible to open. There must have been an update to the design because this was not an issue in the past. From reading these reviews, seems like this has been a common problem over the last month or so.

Can't get the refill lid off
Guys, I can't get the refill cap off! I'm even using a jar opening piece of rubber and pressing on the arrow with my other hand. Love the product, love that you have refill bottles, but I need to be able to get the loud off.

This product is worth it!
We love this Powerwash. It makes otherwise difficult dishes so easy to clean. Simply spray, leave it on a few seconds, or more for baked on foods, and wipe. Yay! We hate doing dishes around here. Refill cap
Impossible to take the white refill cap off. I just bought two bottles and neither bottle is working on getting the refill cap off. My husband can’t do it either. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Power wash, but need more power to open refill!
Love this Power Dawn product. It takes off the worst dried on grease and food, however there is a caveat: try getting the top of refill lol! You will need a power strength to get it off!!!
