Awesome chair.
When I bought mine it was the only chairin the store that was rated 5 stars and it was the only chair that had a sit rating for 9 hours.

Not worth the price and no return policy
The foam insert in the seat keeps popping out after 8 months. I contacted the Staples department twice but no fruitful result. Please don't purchase.

New Chair Comfort
My new chair feels nothing like the store model. I'm hoping it's because it has not been used by many people trying it out. I've used it for almost 2 weeks and I like it. Just hope I soon love it. It is an improvement over my previous one which is also a La-Z-Boy.

Comfortable and durable
Unlike cotton padded chairs the memory foam and rubber arm rests should last much longer while behind comfortable. It feels comfortable after 9 hours of programming.
