Not Worth It Even at 1/2 Price!!!
Software was horrible!!! No Chrome Browser VERY difficult to use MS Word no way to easily see Android text messages etc. etc. etc.!!! Since I'd accidentally discarded the packaging and assumed I couldn't get a refund from Staples I donated it to Goodwill.

The fire is great for some games but
The fire will not allow me to download DuckDuckgo so I feel safe to do email and banking on it.

Daughter Needed One For Her Masters Presentation
My daughter is graduating from college this year She loved this item in order to take notes on etc. She also loves how she can read her books watch things look stuff up etc. She's one happy middle-aged woman.

New Kindle replaces 3rd Gen Kindle
I bought my first Gen 3 Kindle at Staples. My new 12th Gen is my 12th Kindle.My 11th Kindle (also a 3rd Gen) is on its last legs. I really like the 12th Gen which has all sorts of bells and whistles and is very similar to my Apple Ipad in use. I'll mostly use if for reading books however its very nice to have all the other options.

I’ve been going to Staples for years. They have the quality products we all use and many that are unique! Their customer service is amazing! One person helped me find something another told me how to use it! They know their new app and helped me set that up.

Keep Your Expectations At Bay
This tablet is definitely not a work horse. If you want a tablet to simply do single tasks such as a quick check of email or read a book this may do the trick. I love my new tablet I bought it so I could read and watch movies while I travel. So far it has lived up to all my expectations!! Super easy to navigate and use!! Exactly what I wanted!!

The screen is greatand all that functions fine I have a Gmail address and after 2 calls to customer support and 16 hrs of chasing my tail it absolutely will not let me put in a Gmail address !!!
