I recommend this chair
I have a tear in the lining of my disk in my lower back and struggle with a lot of pain from sitting all day on other desk chairs , I bought this chair and instantly found relief . The only thing I wish it had was a tilting lock feature that will keep the chair tilted back. Other than that this is a great chair for me and my back injury.

HORRIBLE service
My chair broke less than 3 months after I bought it. Completely broke, I was unable to sit in it anymore. After contacting Staples, they gave me three different ways to contact them. Their phone doesn’t work. Email comes back undeliverable and I had to submit a claim through their website. I NEVER received ANY form of a response. I spent so much money on complete trash ...

Broken box
When I went to pick up the box look like it went threw several dogs in a fight. I very unsatisfied when I saw the box and gaven to me not even a new or an exchange.

I definitely do not worry about posture, support or comfort with this chair. It's awesome and I should have bought it a long time ago! Great discount, though!
