It's lousy that I bought a La-Z-Boy chair rated at 400 lbs. I weigh about 285 but the gas plunger won't hold my weight. I'm sitting on the floor! and I've only had the chair for 4 months!

Great Chair
Relatively easy to put together. All tools included. Super comfortable albeit pricey. Quality product though.

Try this chair in the store
Not as easy to assemble as you would expect. Getting the arms attached required using a nylon strap tie down to cinch the back to the bottom. The chair sits nicely but the top "pillow" hit across the back.

Outstanding Office Chair
I'm 6'3 and this is one of the most comfortable office chairs I have ever had. Assembly was straight forward. If you need a big and tall office chair this would be my recommendation.

Awesome chair & Customer Service
I placed an order for this chair in late March it came in slightly damaged. I contacted Staples and a replacement chair was shipped. It too was damaged with Staples assistance in communicating my concern regarding the shipping of the chair. I love my la-z-boy chair your delivery time was great and being able to track the shipping. Most of all your instructions on assemble was great and easy to assemble. ( Great experience with Staples )

Great Chair
This chair lives up to the expectations of a La-Z-Boy product. They are very well made beautiful and very comfortable. It is very easy to put together following the instructions but they are quite heavy so putting the seat onto the wheel frame is a little hard but doable.

Great Chair
Sturdy well engineered and quality construction. Very comfortable for a big guy. Assembly was straight forward although connecting the arms was tricky. Good packaging and delivery was ahead of schedule. I'm a happy customer.

Very Comfortable
I have had 5 back surgeries and I can sit in this chair for 8-10 hours a day and not hurt. This is the only chair I have found that does not hurt me after an hour.

Chair is super comfy although it came in many pieces. My wife called the store and Marvin offered to assemble it at no charge as we were not informed that store assembly was an option. He did a great job and we are very satisfied.

Need for Big & tall chair for tall guy
Just received chair today and it feels solid and comfortable. i am long legged from hips to knees and wanted support under my legs. Seems like well constructed chair and looks quality in my home based office. I would recommend to tall guys like myself who spend 4 or more hours per day in front of workstation.

Just put together
I have just finished putting together my la-Z-boy big and tall and first thank you for the easy to read instructions and the screws pre-separated and in the package. It is very comfortable right out of the box I'm 5'11" and 280lbs I hope it lasts as well as it looks right now.
