Beautiful and comfortable for those long work days
I do recommend this product. I have ling legs and like a deep seat. This chair has that and also a firm lumbar cushion making it a great chair for long work days. I also bought the assembly and I’m so glad I did. They were fast efficient and very clean. Highly recommend!

Bad experience with no assembly instructions included.
Instructions not included in box with unassembled chair. And no customer support available by phone. Online support not available and not organized by model of product so only generic not specific instructions listed. Very disappointed with this company and its lack of support to accomplish assembly.

"Back in Motion Technology" is horrible.
5'10" Male here. This chair definitely feels like this was made for much smaller builds and short height people. The "Back in Motion Technology" uncomfortably presses on your spine and does not provide support. Don't think about leaning back in the chair either as that same "technology" pushes even harder and makes it feel even more awkward to sit in. I typically like...

Mixed Review Good and Bad
I am picky about my chair. This is my home office chair but I don't work from home so it doesn't see a lot of seat time. I found this chair very comfortable. I like to put my feet on the legs of the chair when I am sitting forward but if I swivel the lock for the rocking mechanism hits my leg and won't recline. Firm lumbar support - poor customer service
I ordered this chair and it arrived missing the seat base. I contacted the manufacturer directly as instructed they sent the incorrect seat base. I contacted them again then they finally sent the correct seat base. It took one month from when the chair arrived until I could use it. Now that I can use it it looks great. Surprisingly comfy but…
Serta Works fabric chair is slightly darker in person than shows online but color variations usually differ a bit. Easy to put together and way more comfortable than my previous mesh chair. The company I work for bought this chair for our concierge team of ten and NOT A SINGLE one enjoyed it! In fact one person got was dismissed after expressing back problems with it. Comfy
Its very comfortable. Wish it had the three lever adjuster like some of the cheaper ones.

Expensive and Uncomfortable
This chair is very appealing visually but very uncomfortable. The seat is hard and the lumbar support is too low.

Good back support; not enough seat cushion
I have been using this chair for a few weeks now to allow plenty of time to discover all pros and cons. I am a tax preparer and sit for many hours each day this time of year. Excellent Office Chair
This chair provides excellent back support and comfort. I fully recommend this chair especially to this in need of proper lumbar support.
