Perfect lumbar and posture support
I rarely write product reviews unless one really stands out. I sat down on this chair in a Staples store and knew I had to have it. It went on “sale” for $299.99 which meant that, after warranty, it cost me $375 out the door. Absolute HORROR
This chair is either the worst product made or was assembled incorrectly. I have had it less than 2 months and the seat height adjustment will not stay for more than 15 minutes at a time; constant adjustment is needed. The chair squeaks any time it's touched and there is NO information on how to check if it's assembled correctly. There was nothing included but the na...

Comfortable and Beautiful Chair
The Beautyrest Duo-EX chair looks great in our office! The chairs match our company colors and is very comfortable chair to work in for 8 hours every day. The Ergonomic design helps with posture when working at a computer for long hours in the day!

Comfort and support
Lower back and forearm pain a thing of the past. It’s the “just right” seat cushion and adjustable arm rest that enable me to sit all day without discomfort.
