Not worth the money, keep shopping
The back is not very tall despite how the photos reflect. The "back in motion" technology hits you in an uncomfortable spot and rather sends you forward than comforts you and you need to put a lot of force into the back to recline a bit. "Back in Motion Technology" is horrible.
5'10" Male here. This chair definitely feels like this was made for much smaller builds and short height people. The "Back in Motion Technology" uncomfortably presses on your spine and does not provide support.

Serta You Failed
This Serta chair was very disappointing compared to the picture and description, we are sending all 3 back because none of us liked them. I have never set in a Serta chair that was uncomfortable until now.
