This chair is extremely comfortable and especially for a tall person. It, sturdy and the material is amazing.

Waste of money.
So many of the parts didn't line up when assembling. When finally assembled it was somewhat lopsided. I couldn't use it because I have Fibromyalgia and need to maintain a comfortable position. Too much of a pain to take it apart and repackage to return it. My husband is taking it to work to use there. I expected much more given the cost and brand.

BEWARE :(
Totally disappointing. GREAT chair, high quality, easy assembly. But NOT for me. I'm 5'2" and my feet won't touch the floor even at the lowest setting. My back and neck began to hurt after a minimal amount of time, the tilt tension is also too tight even after adjustments. It really does pay to try before you buy. Which I will be doing next week. :(

Just what I was looking for
Easy assembly and constructed well. I bought it for my wife to work from. After her 3 back surgeries not just any chair would work for her to spend 8 hours a day in. She loves it. You can spend more on a chair but why? Great chair.
