IT'S WONDERFUL!!!
Ordered my new Serta Big and Tall chair because I am a fluffy School Secretary that needs comfort as well as stability while moving about the office. I work at an Elementary School so the rocking feature will come in handy while calming our Tiny Humans. It glides effortlessly with the easy rolling casters, and the padding is like a cloud. Barely survived a year
I bought this chair specifically due to the weight limit listed (350 lbs). I'm not within 100 lbs of that limit. That said, the chair barely lasted a year before it stopped being able to be adjusted. It has started just falling down to the lowest position, which is too low for me. I'm already shopping for another chair.

Great Purchase!
Comfortable, easy to put together, glides well on low pile carpet, and nice medium grey color. Staff refer to this chair as the "Fancy Cadillac". Very happy so far.

Office Chair
It's fine, nothing spectacular. It doesn't recline as easily and stay reclined without pushing your foot against something. Easy to assemble and looks nice.

low quality comoponents
This chair is comfortable enough. But I have to lift the chair to its max height every week at least once because it won't hold the setting and slowly sinks.
