Very functional for what it was purchased for. The only complaint is it needed assembly but did not come with directions.

MOUNT-IT SHOPPING CART -- BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
As I unwrapped the cart, I noticed rust on the "rust-resistant metal" frame. Then I noticed my "fully assembled" cart needed me to put the rear wheel assembly together, yet there were no instructions included. Not just the assembly instructions were missing, but the axel washer / cotter pin cover and one frame plug were nowhere to be found ! This is not a good start....
