I recently purchased a Bentgo Leak-Proof Lunch Box, but unfortunately it arrived without the lid valve. Since I live in Mexico, returning it is not an easy option. Could you please let me know where I can purchase the missing part, or if there is another solution you can offer?”

Defective product - not dishwasher safe
This would be a good product of the plastic coating did not flake off. If you read the reviews, you will see that the product is defective. Either they need to find a new coating (why does plain stainless even need a coating) or make it clear it is not dishwasher safe because it is obviously not.
