Highly recommend
This is fantastic! I bought two of these since my husband and I were going on a 10 day cruise to the Caribbean. This model met our needs very well. It was designed inside to compartmentalization our clothes and items. The outside was very durable and still looks like new. Would buy again. Highly recommend.

Great luggage and well-priced (when on sale)!
I have now bought (2) large spinners and (2) carry-on spinners. They have held up very well, and I have now travelled around the world with them. They're very light to tote around (even when full) and well-designed. Highly recommended...

They love it!
This item was a Christmas gift for my mother's caregiver who has never had nice luggage. She had tears in her eyes when she opened it. She is still thanking us.

Looks Awful After Just One Use
Very upset with this product. I was excited to buy this as a present for my son, who is a frequent traveler, and upon his very first trip the bag came back so scratched and scuffed--far beyond any typical wear and tear. The whole bag is a total eyesore. I believe the quality is way poorer than I was led to believe. He was so upset and doesn't want to use the luggage now...

Scratches all over on my new Samsung Freeform large lugguage to a Europe trip. Bad quality.

WHEEL BROKE OFF ON FIRST USE
Used once. Wheel broke off. Bag was not overweight. Trying to navigate the warranty process is impossible. Purchased 12/10 for a flight 12/11.

Poor Craftsmanship = Damaged On First Use
I purchased this bag on December 7, 2025 for a flight on December 12, 2025 from Michigan to California. When I retrieved my luggage from baggage claim I was unable to extend the handle. After one use the bag is of no use to me as a result of cheap materials. Do yourself a favor and avoid this purchase at all costs as it is a complete waste of money.

Terrible Quality - Broken Wheels
Absolute garbage. Wheels break after single use and Samsonite’s planned obsolescence strategy makes it virtually impossible to replace the wheels, preventing repair and forcing customers to purchase new luggage.

Great Compact Suitcase
Have owned for over 6 years and has held up very well. Yeah you will get some scratches from airport travel and just opening it on the ground, but the zipper sections and vinyl have held up remarkably well, even when I put some strain on it.
