Great device - no support
Really cool device but there is NO SUPPORT. They never respond to you. On chrome devices, the volume is way too loud every time you plug in. Although an impressive device, Invest in something else. Their company is not operating properly and they spit out devices frequently. Really disappointing. If they would step up their support game, it would be 5 stars

Better meeting room camera
Works exactly as expected. Good volume and microphone picks up all voices in the room.

Outstanding for hybrid meetings
Greatly improves the experience of hybrid meetings, especially for those participating by Zoom. Excellent sound quality. Highly recommended for hybrid meetings where 2-8 people are present in person.

Great ordering service and wonderful product
Great ordering service and delivery from Staples. The Meeting Owl 3 is amazing. Audio and video pickup is very good and the app for smartphones gives great flexibility to tailor the camera behavior to suit the meeting. We use it in a basement room with about 50 people. We have seating on three sides and put the Owl at the center on a little stool that is the right heigh...

We purchased this for when there are multiple people in our office attending an online meeting. It produces a clear picture, sound, and will rotate and point at the person who is talking. It's been in our office for over a year now, and we have had no issues with it.

Great camera in middle of boardroom table
Great unit. However, for the price, I would never buy anything like this. My work wanted 4 of these. It's alright but, I can't justify spending this much money on a unit that is pricier than a 75" TV.
