Great Heat Press
I love my heat press! It's simple to use and I love the fact it's bluetooth and I can adjust it from my phone.

Not opened and will not open
Purchased this to use with the Cricut 4 and I cant figure the darn thing out! Call the help line and they cant figure out why either as to why I can cut, but have to PRINT and cut. I just want to cut

Great product
I love this iron - it works so well on all the projects I've completed so far. And easy to use. All I have to do is follow the directions.

Fun Item, Poor Sensor Manufacturing
Received this as an anniversary gift in July 2023, was not able to use it until December 2023. Between December 2023 and September 2025, it had been used a total of 20 times before it “EO5” errored out and now is completely unusable. Terrible machines that brick repeatedly
I bought a heat press a little over a year ago, and it failed with an E05 error code within the first few months. Cricut sent a replacement which took several months to arrive. The replacement machine has now also failed in less than a year from when I received it, but Cricut will not replace it since it has been a year since my original purchase. I definitely do not re...

Warning the app is not always right
It works well but I would have not spend the money on the Bluetooth feature. I used it with glitter vinyl and it burnt 3 shirts. The apps had me set it to high. I ended up having to buy more vinyl and shirts. Once you get around the Bluetooth app that forces you to set up and follow the heat settings on the vinyl itself, it’s great.

Refund policies/E3 error
I got an error on the machine and wasn’t able to use it again. It was my second time using it. I called to ask they said it had to be exchanged. I told them to give me a refund and they said I had to wait for approval!! I don’t understand why if the canine failed why do I have to wait to get the refund approved!?

Love the EasyPress!
I am amazed how easy it is to use the EasyPress! Once I downloaded the app on my phone, the steps were easy to follow. I'm looking forward to making more t-shirts with it!

Absolutely hazardous junk.. Was told heat press error code 5 is something that cannot be fixed and cricut will not do anything to fix.. Buyer beware…
