Not happy
I dislike the fact that I have a machine that will not run when one color runs out. In the future I will be more careful in picking a product that better suits my needs when printing.

I think you should continue to stock this product.I totally appreciate the fact that I can order this item at the store IN PERSON And then come back to the store for the pick up AND then Buy more supplies and spend more bucks on all the fabulous Staples office products.

too expensive
ink runs out too quickly and is expensive to replenish. You even print in black and white when one color is off.

Always use Epson
I had a cartridge run out during a print job and when I checked there were three other cartridges that were low. I was able to purchase a three pack at a significant lower price than individual and one single pack and have them delivered free. I have used Epson printers and their ink for 16 years and I would not use anything else. Great colors and archival for prints...
