Not happy
I dislike the fact that I have a machine that will not run when one color runs out. In the future I will be more careful in picking a product that better suits my needs when printing.

High quality ink
I have had the Epson Stylus 1400 for a number of years. I take and print many photos and am always satisfied with the color and its lasting power. I take high resolution, so it is important that the quality is there.

They print to light the black is gray the red is blue , it prints like old black and white that is faded out I do not like it

had to order my ink online
the ink itself is fine my issue is that they don't carry this particular ink for my printer in my local Staples store anymore. so I had to order it online. very disappointing

Could'a been a 5
I love Epson and have been a consistent and loyal user. I was appalled by the cost of the two packages of ink cartridges. I could have almost bought a new printer with the ink included for the price of the ink.

I needed the ink. It is easy to navigate the website. I had, unfortunately, an old address that got used. There was no problem refunding the order and reordering. The delivery was super fast. And,
the delivery person so friendly.
