My new machine is fast ! Moved up from i5 to i7, and faster speed 32gb. Worked great from minute I began. Superb cushioned packing made sure the machine arrived intact, and quick shipping ! Very appreciated. And Microsoft Authorized ! Unlike some other debatable stuff we see advertised..... Will definitely buy from Joy again.

An Upgrade that Worked
The setup was easy. This computer definitely shows the speed of the New CPU and the SSD. From over 3 minutes after turning on the computer until I was able to use it, the old computer was a problem. Now in less than 30 seconds, I am up and running.

Refurbished laptop
Didn’t notice that it didn’t have WiFi. In order to add the usb WiFi adapter, all of the instructions were to ‘download the drivers off the internet’. Can’t unless you have internet. A dvd either the download would have been much easier. Otherwise fine.

Good Kids Workstation
Bought for 10 year old son. Works great right out of the box. Simple set up. Do need to read whether it has a wireless or wired connection to ensure you can finish set up (I have both so didn't matter). Second system I have bought refurbished by Joy Systems and would buy again. Can easily be upgraded to make a low end gaming computer.
