Love the computer
Quick and easy online purchase, delivered quickly. BUT I never got my REWARDS POINTS. Called twice now, seems it easy to buy but hard to get the reward points. Lets see if anyone here even responds to whare did my points go?

Long process to get what I wanted
Laptop came twice not in compliance of the specs. No backlit keyboard. On my third attempt I had to switch to a different model which finally had the backlit. All together it took me one month to get a new laptop, and dozens of hours in the support line all waisted because of a wrong description.

Never again will I buy HP
The touchpad went bad after 90 days (after the 30 day refund date) and HP will only repair it, I bought a new computer, not a refurbished one. No credit, no refund, never again!

It was a big job getting used to the new finger pad and it overheats, so I have it raised up so air can flow under it.

Great computer for a great price! I purchased this for my daughter who had originally wanted a Chromebook for school. She quickly realized that was a mistake because it didn’t have the capability she needed. I purchased this one for her and she has been extremely happy and it is working very well for her.

Poor battery
Good battery life was a criteria in my choice and this was listed as over 10 hours. It had 4 unplugged. I need it to last a lot longer. The Lenovo I replaced was still giving at least 6 hours and I had it for 3 years. I had 14 days to return to store and returned it.
