Great monitor that fits my workspace
Of course I wanted a 27" but it wouldn't fit in my work area. I did a ship to store and it arrive a day early. Comes with an HDMI cable and only took less that 15 minutes to assemble, about 5 minutes to set up with PC. VERY happy. It is just being used for work (Excel spreadsheets, Word docs, email, web surfing) and is perfect for me.

Staples was great, HP not so much.
The monitor had a great picture, but no buttons for adjusting brightness, contrast, or anything else. You have to download software to make adjustments. I did, installed it, and the software said it couldn't read the data. After 1-2 hours with HP tech support, and getting the runaround from one department to another several times, they finally said they could forward me...

Happy with purchase.
Glad to finally find something compatible. It's non-adjustable, but other than that I'm happy.

Monitor with issues
Somewhat disappointed in my new HP Monitor. Screen colors, high resolution and outstanding picture quality, all Great, but it has a flaw. The stand is NOT solid enough and the least little platform movement makes the screen rock up and down. Very annoying!

Reasonable size, but flimsy build. Not as sturdy as my 10 year-old HP monitor of the same size. Have to hold the screen carefully if it needs to be moved. I'm keeping the old monitor in case this one falls apart.

Monitor Disappoints
Picture quality is good but the connection to the computer failed within a few weeks of connecting. We had to replace the HDMI cable immediately and still struggled thereafter with connecting. I would not buy another one of these monitors.

Perfect for Home Office
I was looking for a monitor as a second screen for an iPad. I already had an HDMI to USB-C adapter, so this monitor works perfect. The picture is clear and it’s a great size for my home office. Just to note: The screen tilts, but you can’t adjust the height (I didn’t need height adjustment, so that’s why I still gave it 5 stars)

Good all purpose monitor
I am pleased with my new monitors. I bought two because I use a 2-monitor setup for spreadsheets, documents, photographs and light graphic design. No gaming. It is meeting my needs and I've had no problems so far. I replaced 10-year-old monitors, so you can imagine that I see a big performance difference! Colors are good, illumination terrific.
