These bands are a total workout
My husband has a gym membership but I don't. Im really intimidated by the advanced gyms. He knows that I love to workout at home! He brought these bands home to me and said baby you gotta try them I see ladies use these in the gym All the Time! I was like heck yeah I couldn't wait to try them!
I workout at home with Superherofitness and her bands are really expensive....
