I have out grown the weights provided with the glove. So I replace them. But over a couple of years the heavier weight, and frequent use tore apart the gloves. Time to replace them.

I use these for general aerobic workouts to add a slight bit of resistance to my arms. Walking, jump roping, cardio kickboxing, even Zumba. The best part is that I can take the little weights out of the pocket so that I can wash the casing (pic). I have pretty bad arthritis in my thumbs. So, I just don't use the thumb holes (pic). Use these during my cardio kickboxing DVD. Kind of uncomfortable around your thumbs. Wouldn't be able to wear long term.
