Great for at home workouts!!! Easy to use for resistance with donkey and side kicks to work the GLUTES!!!

It seems like a good product. The resistance is super tight so I wish I had ordered the lighter one. Too lazy to return it though

Love these has a good resistance and the strap fits around my ankles comfortably also on my husbands and he has thicker ankles with no issues.
