Excellent Experience
Since I could not find the toner number that I needed on the shelf a nice young woman helped me by ordering it online and having it delivered to my house. I was very happy that I would not have to make a return trip to the store since I live quite a distance away. This experience prompted me to become a rewards member.

not enough INK!
Do not waste your time or money on this purchase. I do not use the printer excessively nor do rarely I need to make copies..Ink ran out within two months :(

It's a toner cartridge. I couldn't find it cheaper
The out of toner error went away as soon as I put it in my printer, and it makes plain paper come out of with markings from my computer screen. It's very expensive, but not quite as bad as ink.

Good product at a fair price.

Good product; order process, not so good.
The cartridge is fine as I expected it would be, and the shipping time was satisfactory; but the online ordering process was painful. I made repeated attempts to include a "gift" which was offered with my order, but each one that I tried was out of stock. So each time I had to go back and start the order over with a different item (which was also out of stock). After...
