McAfee Total Protection
We used McAfee to protect our PCs for many years and are happy to return to using their protection on our newest PC. We have not encountered any issues with viruses while using their products.

I used McAfee all last year without a problem. Purchased a 2nd year and within a month I was charged $96 for a year subscription to McAfee. They refunded the charge after nearly 20 minutes of phone time and nearly EVERY EXCUSE imaginable. When a supervisor called me back, she tried to tell me I had only purchased a trial version. Always good
McAfee is the only one I use - they all have glitches, but McAfee works for me and my needs. I don't take advantage of all the Total Protection has to offer, only what I choose for my personal needs. I love that Staple has it on sale every year and the ONLY place I purchase it!

Staples product delivery review
It's a great product at a good price, but the delivery is unreliable. You often receive incorrect delivery updates, and the actual delivery happens several days later than the scheduled date. Very unreliable delivery system!!!!

Not as fully functionally it used to be.
I have been using this product for years. However, McAfee has changed the Tracker Remover option to make it less functional. In the past the Tracker Remover had an extensive list of options to remove more selections such as Silverlight Cookies, a Registry cleaner, suspicious trackers and more. Problems with VPN
Not intuitive to set up. Had o call customer support. Non English speaking people from India. Difficult time.
I have had to turn off vpn to allow certain downloads from being blocked.
