McAfee Total Protection
We used McAfee to protect our PCs for many years and are happy to return to using their protection on our newest PC. We have not encountered any issues with viruses while using their products.

McAfee Rip Off
I used McAfee all last year without a problem. Purchased a 2nd year and within a month I was charged $96 for a year subscription to McAfee. They refunded the charge after nearly 20 minutes of phone time and nearly EVERY EXCUSE imaginable. When a supervisor called me back, she tried to tell me I had only purchased a trial version. Could be better but still good antivirus protectio
Wish this protection could take all viruses that computer is still saying I have but when I run program, it says that it doesn’t have any on the computer that the software could fine.

Purchasing a virus protection via Staples was easy. After locating the display in the store there was ample signage to determine which level of protection fit my needs. Installation on my device wasn't time consuming, nor required an advanced degree.

Staples- great! Product not so great.
Never had any problems installing McAfee in 15 years until now. The Tech's aren't like they used to be and lack knowledge. To keep it simple, After talking to associate's at Staples, they helped me with a refund.
