Great upgrade
I had a 7 year old Linksys AC router. Worked great, but stating to get buffering on my Roku's. Upgraded to AX3000 and our entire network runs smoothly with no buffering.

Linsys Router
Not very good unless you are a true computer person who can work through problems. The instructions are to connect router to ISP connection box. Then download instructions on how to fully connect the router. Chase your tail???

Good Product but hard to find
Routers were not on display when I went to the store. Filled out another survey explaining my difficulty with locating a router. Recieved an email promising a courtesty coupon which I have yet to receive. This experience wont make me think of Staples first for any future needs.

Router works great. Improved our network log in times quite a bit.
Directions for setting up the router with existing hardware was very limited and incorrect. That's the reason for 4 and not 5 stars.
Had to go to the website to find out that additional hardware had to be linked while within 10 feet of the new router. Wasn't a problem, just frustrating that the directio...

Appears to be good Wi-Fi router except I need to be able to turn off the Wi-Fi & you do not have this option, I had this option with my Previous Link sys. Router

This computer is attached to the the router by air, installed a week ago, and today is the second batch of email was delivered. Installation was difficult, I had the help of a friend that was in charge at the Elk Foundation. It took us several hours to get it up and working on some of my equipment.
