Really disappointed
I ordered and picked up this chair today. Halfway through putting the chair together I realized pieces were broken and the over all quality is terrible. The back piece doesn’t sit right, definitely a quality control issue. Going to have to disassemble the chair and return it. The quality of this chair compared to my old Emerge chair is horrible. Nice chair
Replaced two ancient office chair with two of these. Comfortable. Meets our needs well. I’m 5’7”. Wouldn’t work for folks much shorter unless you want your feet to dangle.

I originally bought the Vartan, then saw the Vomax advertised in the order confirmation email. The Vomax offers leg support so I figured it was an upgrade for only $20 more. Wish it lasted longer
This is 3rd chair we have owned 1st one the bolt holding arm in place snapped. 2nd chair the hydraulic that keeps the seat height up gave out. We will see how long this one lasts. We have bought the $20 warranty on all the chairs so filed a claim for each an they sent e-card to pay for the replacement. We haven't been rough on the chairs they aren't made to hold up for ...

Vartan is better.
I think this chair being more that the Vartan is absurd. It’s a lesser chair. It has worse cushions, the back is mesh instead of padded and offer NO lumbar support without the uncomfortable lumbar pillow. The Vartan solves these problems.
