Doesn't feel safe to me, and is uncomfortable
I've had this since the beginning of Septermber 2025 and regret buying it. All the bolts are fully tightened yet each time I move in it there are loud cracking noises, like gunshot noise, coming from the back. This can be heard in other rooms. Also, the chair is uncomfortable. There is a lumbar support pillow but this had to be removed each time the chair is reclined - ...

it’s a very good and functional chair however, the fabric rather the fake leather that they manufactured it out of is so cheap that I had a heating pad on my back and it burned right through the lower lumbar support

Nice chair

Comfy but issues
Ok, only a few weeks into the chair. It's comfy but now creaks any time I lay back on it and now a new thing is the seat is starting to raise itself!! I'll leave, come back, sit down and notice the seat is higher all of a sudden. Kinda annoyed I'm past the 14 day Staples return policy but there is a 7 year warranty on this chair so will have to go through the company. B...

Pretty good chair
Nice chair especially for the price. Took a minute to put together but I like it a lot. Some of those bolts are VERY hard to crank in with just the provided allen wrench.

Chair for office
My boss Rob G allowed me to purchase this chair and It is very comfortable. it helps with my back so I am not in pain during the day and at the end of the work day .. I appreciate him very much!! Perfect office chair for a lot of sitting at the computer working.

Chaise confo et beau design
Tres bonne chaise, confortable. Deux bemols qui m agace un peu; ne se penche pas assez et l appuie tete a comme une pointe vers le bas qui touche mon bas du cou presque dans le dos. Je fais 5-11" n est pas fait pour 5-10" et plus. Mais satisfait quand meme.
