I am extremely disappointed with this chair. I purchased it about 18 months ago and for the price I expected it to last for a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately it completely broke this week. OK chair, bad headrest
The chair is well build. Stays cool in summer.
The only downside is the headrest. It cannot adjust the headrest height. For a 5'11" guy, the headrest is at my shoulder blade area. And, it protrude forward, which makes me uncomfortable. I had to remove the headrest.

Broke After 5 Year
"Bought another one after the first one broke after 5 years. The bottom part, the hole where the top cylinder goes in, cracked after 5 years. Since it lasted 5 years, I bought the same kind again and hope it lasts 5 years or more. I just wish they had used metal instead of relying completely on plastic to hold the cylinder, which carries the weight of the seated person....

Excellent chair for office and affordable
I like that this has lumbar support but my body the way i sit i don't usually use it. its there to encourage me to but its not perfect for someone that is 6'4", which is why i give 4 stars

Item damaged in the Box !
We received the item in an undamaged box, however the chair has a large crack in the plastic area behind the seat. Will be returning if / when I can get Staples Site to cooperate and accept the Return !
