Dexley vs Hyken - Both amazing chairs, but I prefer Dexley!!

The Mesh Sags
I thought I loved this chair when I sat on it at the store. It was really comfortable and great for my 6'3" 190lb frame. However, when I sat in it today for its first day at the office, the mesh (where my butt is) is sagging to the metal below it making it the most uncomfortable feeling ever.

We love it! It seems to fit every body in our little business which is really a positive report. I did not want something heavily padded and leather because our decor is light and we are in a beach town. So, the light color and the mesh fabric was a perfect fit.

Feels and looks great
I went to the store and tried this chair out physically before I ordered it online. Firm without being stiff and hard, flexible without being mushy and soft.

Great Chair, Great Price
This is a very comfortable chair. It was easy to put together. The directions were easy to follow and only needed to use the provide allen wrench. Chair was packed extremely well. Both box and chair arrived without any damage. Got this for 50% off plus it was no tax week. Husband wants to get one for himself.

If you need a headrest, don't buy this chair.
The production is faulty, and there are no screw holes in the back of the chair to affix the head rest. I called support. They sent another back, same problem. Support says, "push the head rest hard to reach the screw holes." And. There. Are. No. Screw. Holes.
If you don't need a head rest, it's a fine chair.

Fine chair until the mesh starts to give out
This chair was pretty comfortable when I purchased it, but now after a year the mesh on the bottom seat of the chair is worn out and I only weight 160-170 lbs. It doesn't feel supportive anymore and the front part of the bottom seat digs into the back of your legs. I wish I would have just saved more money and bought a used Herman Miller chair and not have to deal with ...

It looked pretty complicated but was really easy. It took me a couple of hours because I recently had knee surgery and it is difficult to move around. Comfortable for the price
I like that the arm rests can be optionally removed, but doing so exposes what is a quality control issue, which is that the plastic sides of the seat have rather sharp edges, rather than smoothed out rounded corners as can be found on the upper back piece.

Pretty good chair!
This chair has really good lumbar support, rolls easily and is quite comfortable. It doesn't take up a ton of room in my small office. Two things would improve it in my opinion, but this depends on your body as well... I wish the seat and arms could adjust to slide forward and backward And while it is not uncomfortable, it would be nice if the headrest was more adjustab...
