NEVER BUY FROM STAPLES ONLINE!
I placed an order on 12/16 which was setup for delivery on 12/18. The order never arrived due to a "mechanical issue" with the delivery truck. Today is 12/19 and after three calls to three different "agents" and a supervisor named Winston I found out my order was cancelled and my only option is to wait for a refund in 3-5 bussines days. Poor, poor poor
My $39. ink cartridge was so light it felt empty, My brand new Epson printer needed 3 cleaning cycles and still never worked right. Afer 3 cleaning cycles, it was showing low ink levels already.
This is a legalized scam!! Disgusting environmental waste- not neccessary at all except for the greed of big corporations at the expense of our environment.
