Get your printer ink at Staples
I always buy my printer cartridges for my printer at Staples. I know they haven't been sitting on a shelf forever and they always work. I also always buy the brand and the # that my printer uses and that way I know they will work.

Empty Cartridge?
I changed the black cartridge today and I was getting a better print job from the old cartridge! I have gone through all the steps for. Cleaning and aligning the print head and no better. It almost seems like it is empty! I guess the next step in the process is to call Epson tech support.
