Nice surprise
Needed an ink update which is always confusing; got great help from the man on the floor, who stayed with it until he found it; and at the register it turned out I had points to take fully half off the price. Thank you!

poor performance
i needed a replacement cartridge very soon after using my new Epson WF-2960 printer. The new cartridge was not working well. Upon following instruction to clean it - now none of the color cartridges work and it won’t print only in black and white.

Too Expensive
When you have to spend more money on replacement ink than the printer costs, that's completely ridiculous. If I could find a trusted seller of remanufactured ink cartridges, I'd use them.

Just ok
The cartridge doesn’t last very long. Dk exactly how many pages I get from 1 cartridge. Seems like Im always changing. Cheaper on Epson website. Maybe Staples matches their price?

Good deal all around
The ink cartridge, like the printer itself, is very easy to use and produces excellent copies. Recently purchased, so am waiting to assess its worth vs. its cost.
