TOO SMALL
These wrappers are too small to fit dimes in. They are not uniform size what so ever. Sometimes they fit fine. However, most of the time they do not fit around the dimes to make a full roll.

Poor Quality Control
Most of the wrappers do not hold the dimes.
The tubes are sometimes not wide enough.
Sometimes the glue is on the wrong side and the wrapper is useless.
