Poor Quality-Possibly Deceptive
After less than 4 months of normal use, this chair has started creaking, tilting to the side and does not raise up. This is sold as a $600 chair and Staples response to a loyal customer is it is beyond the return period and reach out to the manufacturer - no support or advocacy. This is their supplier and they do not even have a phone number just an email address?. I...
