Nice vacuum
The vacuum is very good. However, in the description it says "Flip two levers to change the belt or access the brush roll." There are no levers as stated. There are six screws that must be removed in order to access these things. This was disappointing as it was the main reason I purchased this model. So maintenance on this vacuum will be just as difficult as any o...

Garbage
'V' at the end of the model number is for Vietnam, as in "Made In".
Vacuum arrived with broken extension wand clip. Plastic is thin junk. No obvious place to store brush accessory. Hose loops over a very unreliable hook and pops off.
I have to pay shipping to return this piece-o-you-know-what.
