Bad microphone
The headphones are very expensive for what they claim to offer. I didn't like the microphone at all; it's supposed to have noise cancellation, but I can hear everything around me. There are cheaper models with better microphones.

Best Headset Yet
I was hesitant to purchase these as headsets don't usually last long and I don't even really like to use them. I'm a loud typer and was getting comments on Teams calls so I thought it was finally time to commit to a good set.
