Deliver woes
The product was fine. But it was delivered to an address from years ago. I had changed my address several times but did not find this one deep in the database.

Too many extra pages. Too expensive.
These appointment books š have become too expensive and too thick. But they do what I need to do for daily timed appointments and to do lists.
