PENS DONT WRITE ON NOTES
WE THESE NOTES IN OUT OFFICE AND YOU WILL WRITING ALONG AND ALL THE SUDDEN THE PEN WON'T WRITE ON THE PAPER. IT'S LIKE WRITING ON WAX. TRY THE PEN ON DIFFERANT PAPER AND IT WRITES FINE.
