Exactly what I needed and expected
Great machine. Can print from laptop or phone, easy set up, perfect size. The three months of ink is a bonus too.

Frustrating Setup
Very frustrating. Looking for basic printer with fax capabilities. Have to spend a substantial amount of time not signing up for all the features not wanted and it does not Fax as advertised only does online faxing.

Each printer I get seems to do less for the same price or more. HP was always my go-to printer. I think I'll shop around when it comes time to replace this one.

Setup Problem - Startup cartridges not recognized
Setup requires commitment to InkToner subscription and if this does not go properly printer is locked uo trying to activate. Putting in new cartridges does not help. Online HP community acknowledges this is a problem and requires individual HP support. As of this date 04/21/25 I am awaiting reply from HP Support. not too happy
I've always purchased either HP or Dell media from Staples. Up to this point, I've been very happy. However, this printer is terrible. If you try to use the two-sided function it paper jams each time and also pulls in two to four sheets of printing paper which jam and then are ruined when removing it from the printer.
