Exactly what I needed and expected
Great machine. Can print from laptop or phone, easy set up, perfect size. The three months of ink is a bonus too.

Frustrating Setup
Very frustrating. Looking for basic printer with fax capabilities. Have to spend a substantial amount of time not signing up for all the features not wanted and it does not Fax as advertised only does online faxing.

Great product for the money
I was amazed at how easy it was to pair with my I phone.
Everything in the booklet explained it so well, and I am not very tech savvy. I was completely surprised that I didn’t need any assistance. This printer replaced an HP printer I had for about 10 years. Great product!

Not the best printer
Pictures are very grainy and it ran out of ink too fast doing my project. Very slow also. Not a fan of this printer.

Ink issue
In assembly not able to install ink properly with the display panel message saying "ink was defective". The way the ink was packaged is the reason for the defect.

Not great - ink / no ez PDF scan
After 100 pages (which included many envelopes) I found my colors were empty even though we printed mostly black. We've used HP OfficeJets for many years with the regular and XL cartridges and it seems like this unit came from the factory with low ink. My magenta ran out super fast.

have to return it
It's brand new, but on day 2 the red ink started printing yellow. Changed cartridge, ran diagnostics, nothing works. Will now have to return and try another.
