Exactly what I needed and expected
Great machine. Can print from laptop or phone, easy set up, perfect size. The three months of ink is a bonus too.

Frustrating Setup
Very frustrating. Looking for basic printer with fax capabilities. Have to spend a substantial amount of time not signing up for all the features not wanted and it does not Fax as advertised only does online faxing.

THE WORST
This is hands down the WORST printer I have ever purchased. It is not user-friendly AT ALL. I will never buy another HP printer after this purchase, I am going back today and buying a new one.

New printer that take 910 ink
When my old printer broke I had just bought $144.00 worth of ink. I was looking for a new printer that took same ink so I wouldn’t waste that money. The person that helped me found what I needed and talked to me about extended warranty and how to use the warranty. He even carried my purchase to my car! Excellent service from everyone at Staples that day.

HP is gouging us!!!
You can only use HP brand ink with all their new printers!! The printer was $10 cheaper than my first round of ink.. by the way could hp spring for a few more pages on the starter ink??? I mean, 15 pages, and I’m out of ink!!! The basic replacement cartridges are over $100… not the XL, then you’re talking $180 for 4 cartridges! I’m sorry, this is not cost efficient f...

Nice wireless printer. Good print. The only issue it has is when you need to add paper, you must remove the printed letter tray above the paper source. A littleinconvenience but it’s good.

Bought this printer when my old HP died. After one week, I’m ready to return it. Setup was challenging as other reviewers mentioned. Saying output is slow would be a compliment, so pack a lunch and find a comfortable chair. This was the worst printer
this was the worst printer i ever had, i have been using hp printers for over 20 years. i have never had a problem with print quality. i could barely use this printer, because with a full set of ink cartridges, the paper came out partially black, causing me to use too much paper, because i had to try to reprint. i am taking this printer back

Great Bargain
Not too pricey, and a cinch to set up. Works perfectly over wireless network, and the first printer I've had that was effortless in connecting. Some components are a bit flimsy, but for home use this is a great option.
