Great product obviously. Sells itself. Price range was awesome too because usually Apple has way too high of a price point.Sales rep was very helpful.He was busy and just wished he'd taken the time to point out that it was the 64 gig one. I probably would have gotten the 256 gig if I'd have noticed. It will work fine for what I need. he was not misleading at all. ...

Vincent and Russell from your store on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena went over and above to help me buy and set up my new iPad. Both of them were patient with me an 82 year old unsavy tech shopper. Love the iPAD
Very convenient to use. I was able to transfer all of the data from my phone simply by placing my iPhone next to the pad.

Unbelievable value and quality
It isn’t often that I find factory new Apple products at this price point so I just had to try it out. I definitely was not disappointed. This one does everything my other iPad did for less than one third the price.

Very happy with my purchase
So easy to transfer from other IPad even when I had to do a manual transfer. I have had no problems with any changes from my other IPad. I am so happy that I told a friend and she went out and purchased the same one from your store. Very happy with my purchase!

Good product but…
Be aware in store Staples Tech people are not supposed to touch Apple products. I made a mistake in setting up and was stuck. Took it back to the store but was told “We cannot touch these.” Fortunately he showed me what I could touch to clear up my mistake. The mistake I made was to use my older iPad to set up this one. Apple ipad
I have always enjoyed my iPads and this will be my third one. I have not set it up yet but I am looking forward to using a new one. So much can be accomplished on an iPad!
