There were in adequate directions how to open it. I never did get it open because I felt like I was going to break it by forcing it open. And actually I need one of these that is waterproof

Due to the passing of a family friend I was sent a pic to have blown up for the service. It was poor quality and I had to do some editing to make it usable. The picture was handled by Staples staff and fit the chosen frame well. Presented it to the family and all went well. The frame was a perfect fit and fit for hanging.
