Customer service great. Quality terrible.
The image I sent in vs. the image I received for my holiday cards was so different. Extremely grainy and about 2-3shades darker than the original image. Had to reprint 4 times due to issues and it still came out unsatisfactory. Unfortunately I just gave up and kept the image, but am very disappointed.
