Fantastic Office Chair
Easy to assemble, Comfortable and Sturdy chair. No issues with the chair at all. Don't worry about other reviews saying it doesn't tilt. It tilts with ease when you adjust the screw on the bottom (Instructions in manual on this part) Would recommend to everyone!

Too long and Too Wrong
This chair took too long to arrive and it is 100% not white in any way, shape of form. It is grey! Not even close to being white. Wasted my time waiting for this to finally arrive and it's grey! And it's not a mistake--box is marked white and they don't have light grey as a choice. NOT WHITE!! Staples, I never enjoy shopping with you. Not doing it again.

This is an excellent chair, very comfortable for my 87 yo mother. Finally a chair she can sit in without adding pillows to it! It's our 2nd Lazy Boy office chair; I have the first one which I've been using about 5 years. Excellent quality!

Don’t Buy
This chair looks fantastic but looks are deceiving because it’s terribly uncomfortable. The seat isn’t deep enough and the lumbar area hurts your back and finally if you want to lean backwards you can’t not even an inch. I tried the chair and thought maybe it would break in but it didn’t and when I decided to return it guess what it was day 16 and you only get 14 days. ...

The chair does not tilt back. I have never had a desk chair that did not tilt. It is difficult buying a chair at staples because of your very limited help. Also when I came to look at chairs they were all occupied by people who were there for some sort of TSA function.

Loving My Chair
It’s so comfortable. I love sitting in my chair at my desk; it makes me want to work. Love the color. I paid Staples to have it assembled and they did an excellent service. I’d repurchase it, if needed to in the future.

Very comfortable
It was a floor model. I was charged an assembly fee which I thought was ridiculous. Floor models are normally discounted for wear & tear. Anyway, it was the only one available, and so I purchased it. The product itself is nice.
