Excellent Office Chair!
My husband and I both bought these chairs. They are very comfortable AND have great lumbar support that is adjustable. That is hard to find!

Terrible!
I was pleased while testing the chair at Staples, but just a few months later, the seat feels like I’m sitting on cardboard. I asked a few friends to test it out, and they couldn’t believe that a $350 would be so uncomfortable. The active lumbar never works like it should, and ends up really hurting my lower back. I plan on donating the chair and looking elsewhere.

Good the second time around
I had the staple service to assemble it at my home. The first time there was an issue with the back and I had to go to the store and replace the whole chair. Comfy! Supportive! If you run hot, you will know!
The chair is wonderful overall, very comfortable, great support all around, cushion is nice and soft. The active lumbar support was a core reason for the purchase, which works extremely well responding back when you lean forward or sit upright and releasing as you lean backward.

The Perfect Chair
This chair is perfect for me. IIt is ergonomic and padded in all the right places. I hardly get out of it since I bought it. Other chairs I have had hurt my back when I used them over long periods of time. Not so with this one! Its height can be adjusted and it leans back. It does everything but massage my back. I could not be happier.

Hurt my back
My son picked this chair out for me. It was quite difficult for him to put together. I have back problems and this chair made them even worse. I couldn't sit in for even 5 minutes before my back hurt more than usual. I gave my son the chair as he said he liked it.

Durable, great looking and very comfortable
It’s packed well and requires assembly. I like the lumbar support and the seat padding. The padding has the right amount of support and comfort. The swivel and tilt adjustments work well. Added bonus is the arm rests lift up so you can slide the chair under your desk when not in use.
