WONDERFUL CHAIR
THE CHAIR IS VERY COMFORTABLE.I HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM.IT'S NICE AND CUSHIONY.

Very poor quality of workmanship
Both wooden arms were marred (dented/chipped). Seat and back both had a pulled thread at the seams that would only get worse over time. 3 Of the 5 star base legs were damaged (one split and two marred). This is made in China so it is hardly of any Serta quality.

Nice chair
Comfy chair, almost wish I had paid for it to be assembled. Harder with just one person.

Beautiful and Comfortable
I am honestly surprised by the quality of this chair for the price point. It looks beautiful, especially the wood accents. More importantly, it is incredibly comfortable. Well worth the money!

Loved it - At first
Bought the chair and loved it - at first. I work on computers and spend a LOT of time in the chair. I wanted this because it looked like it could take a lot of time in the chair, it was designed for big & tall, and it looked better than most big and tall chairs.
I routinely have to have chairs put to their highest level. This one was no different, but I'm used to that....

Nice Chair
Easy to assemble. All the components are made of heavy duty steel. The overall look is very nice masculine chair. Its soft to the touch and plush in the seat and back rest. I hope it last. Ive olny had it for about 2 weeks
