Great Chair
It is a very comfortable chair that's well constructed and feels like it should be priced at a much higher price point. However, the color of the wood is a bit misleading. The actual color is a much lighter tan or taupe, rather than the brown that's shown in the picture. But all in all, a very fine chair.

Affordable Quality
For the affordable price the chair presents very elegantly. The wood and fabric color are true to the photos on the website. Assembly was not difficult and took only about 30 minutes, but one of the side arm screw plates was slightly retracted inside the chair back and out of reach of the screw provided when using the washer provided.
