Not worth the money, keep shopping
The back is not very tall despite how the photos reflect. The "back in motion" technology hits you in an uncomfortable spot and rather sends you forward than comforts you and you need to put a lot of force into the back to recline a bit. Firm lumbar support - poor customer service
I ordered this chair and it arrived missing the seat base. I contacted the manufacturer directly as instructed, they sent the incorrect seat base. I contacted them again, then they finally sent the correct seat base. It took one month from when the chair arrived until I could use it. Now that I can use it, it looks great. Surprisingly comfy but…
Serta Works fabric chair is slightly darker in person than shows online but color variations usually differ a bit. Easy to put together and way more comfortable than my previous mesh chair.
