WONDERFUL CHAIR
THE CHAIR IS VERY COMFORTABLE.I HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM.IT'S NICE AND CUSHIONY.

Very poor quality of workmanship
Both wooden arms were marred (dented/chipped). Seat and back both had a pulled thread at the seams that would only get worse over time. 3 Of the 5 star base legs were damaged (one split and two marred). This is made in China so it is hardly of any Serta quality.

Serta Big and Tall ergonomic bonded leather chair
Very well made sturdy chair. Attractive with real wood arms and base, adjustable lumbar feature, bonded gray leather seat. Bought as a gift for a large tall user with back issues. He states chair very comfortable for long periods and looks made to last.

Great chair for the price!
My experience is that office chairs used more than 8 hours a day rarely last longer than 2 years - no matter how expensive those chairs! This chair is roomy, adaptable, stylish and comfortable.
